You will also be responsible for selecting a team with the appropriate skillset or alternatively ensuring that the team acquires the required capabilities in due time. You must also ensure proper solution delivery, monitoring, and governance using MLOps. **As a part of your job, you will:** * Leverage data and domain knowledge to solve business problems and create quantifiable value. * Work cross\-functionally to define problem statements, collect data, build analytical models, and design suitable solutions. * Build and maintain (or lead the development of) data\-driven optimization models, experiments, forecasting algorithms, and capacity constraint models. * Lead teams into delivering models using best MLOps practices. * Communicate final recommendations and support decision\-making. **What are we looking for?** * + Degree in an analytical field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, Management Science); + Scripting with Python and nice to have one of these languages (e.g., Pyspark, Spark\-mllib); + Experienced with packages such as NumPy, SciPy, Pandas, Scikit\-learn, matplotlib, and tensorflow/pytorch; + 4\-5 Years of project experience as a Data Scientist; + Professional experience with Java, Scala, or Spark; + Experience working with and leading teams in a project environment; + Experience in delivering projects using MLOps best practices. **Nice to have:** * 1\+ years of SQL experience; * Experience in distribution\-based architectures such as Cloudera, AWS, Microsoft Azure Cloud, and GCP (Google Cloud Platform), among others; * Knowledge of Data Governance. **Personal traits** * Ability to adapt to different contexts, teams and Clients; * Teamwork skills but also a sense of autonomy; * Motivation for international projects and ok if travel is included; * Willingness to collaborate with other players; * Strong communication skills.
