The Translator will ensure that written content is accurately and idiomatically translated, reflecting cultural nuances and specialized terminology. This role involves checking translations for quality, collaborating with project managers and team members, and managing multiple tasks effectively to deliver high\-quality work on time. The ideal candidate is detail\-oriented, culturally aware, and committed to continuous learning in an evolving industry. **Key Responsibilities** * Translate a wide range of documents (e.g., articles, reports, marketing content, technical manuals, legal texts, correspondence). * Deliver accurate, idiomatic translations that capture nuances and cultural context. * Review and proofread translations for grammar, accuracy, formatting, and tone. * Research terminology to ensure accurate translation of specialized and industry\-specific terms. * Adapt translations for cultural sensitivity and audience relevance. * Collaborate with project managers and team members to align on requirements and deadlines. * Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing effectively while maintaining quality. * Stay up to date on language trends, cultural developments, and industry\-specific terminology. **Qualifications \& Skills** * Bachelors degree in Linguistics, Translation, or related field (certifications are a plus). * Proven experience as a Translator with a portfolio of completed work. * Exceptional proficiency in both source and target languages (grammar, syntax, vocabulary). * Strong cultural awareness and sensitivity. * Proficiency in CAT tools (SDL Trados, memoQ, Phrase, XTM, Smartling, Smartcat). * Strong QA process knowledge and advanced translation software skills. * Excellent research, communication, and time management skills. * Fast learner, adaptable, and able to handle feedback constructively.
