### **Responsibilities** * Translate business and user requirements into clear user stories and documentation * Support backlog management and sprint planning in Agile teams * Align product vision with stakeholders and technical teams * Work closely with developers, QA, UX/UI, and project managers * Drive effective communication across internal and external stakeholders ### **Qualifications** * 3\+ years of experience as a **Business Analyst** in a software or digital product environment * Proficient in **English communication**, both written and spoken * Strong knowledge of **Agile methodologies** and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) * Excellent analytical thinking and attention to detail * Ability to **travel as needed** for project or client engagements * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field * Experience in **Fintech or banking systems** is a big plus **Nice to Have** * Certifications: **CBAP®, PMI\-ACP®, ICAgile, CSPO®, PSPO™** * Basic knowledge of **UX principles**
