Job description Job Title: SEO Manager (Link Building \& Outreach Specialist) Location: Remote **We seek an experienced SEO Manager with a solid background in outreach campaigns and backlink building to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will primarily focus on building high\-quality backlinks but should also have exposure to all aspects of SEO.** This role requires a strategic thinker who can work independently and contribute significantly to our organic traffic growth. Key Responsibilities: **Backlink Strategy \& Execution:** * Develop and implement effective backlink strategies to enhance domain authority and organic traffic. * Conduct outreach campaigns targeting relevant platforms, including news sites, blogs, guest posts, directories, and influencers within the online trading industry/FinTech in the GCC. **SEO Tools \& Analysis:** * Utilize essential SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Moz, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog for analysis and optimization. * Monitor and report on key performance metrics, including domain authority, organic traffic contribution, and backlink profiles. **Quality Assurance:** * Strike the right balance between the quality and quantity of backlinks, ensuring links are from reputable sources. * Stay updated with the latest SEO trends and algorithm changes to maintain best practices. **Collaboration:** * Work closely with content writers, developers, and PR teams to support outreach and link\-building efforts. * Report directly to the Growth Lead and provide regular updates on progress and results. **Industry Engagement:** * Leverage experience in online trading or fintech to identify and engage with industry\-specific opportunities for backlink acquisition. Qualifications/Experience: Minimum of **5 years** of experience in SEO, **with at least 1 year in online trading or fintech.** Proven track record in managing successful outreach campaigns and backlink projects. Technical Skills: * **Proficient in SEO tools: Ahrefs, Moz, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog (mandatory).** * **Strong understanding of all SEO aspects, including technical SEO and content optimization.** Soft Skills: * **Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.** * **Ability to work independently and take initiative.** * **Strong analytical and problem\-solving abilities.** * **Ability to manage work through project management tools such as Notion, Jira, and Monday.** \*What We Offer\* Flexible Work Environment: A hybrid work setup with the flexibility to work mostly from home.
