




* You’ll be monitoring the Datacenter for our organization (network, platform, and applications on 24/7\) * Responsible for providing the first level of resolution in troubleshooting network and software issues of all company regions and coordinate with second level support to fix the problem. * Monitoring and Checking KPIs * Troubleshooting windows, Linux and network (VPN) issues. * Have a good knowledge of IIS, Tomcat \& apache applications * Can work with different tasks in a smooth and effective way. * Handle different requests using a ticket system or e\-mail. * Deliver the knowledge needed to the customers in a simple way **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in computer science. * Must be fresh graduate or up to two years graduation * 0\-2 years of experience in a similar position. * Must have Very Good command of English. * Previous experience with Linux, Windows administration, MSSQL administration. * Flexible and can work under pressure. * Preferable to have RHCSA RHCSE, * Good knowledge MCSA, MSSQL and IIS Administration. * Good knowledge MSQL, Tomcat, Apache * Strong communication and customer service skills.
