**Job Description:** We are seeking a motivated and detail\-oriented **SAP Solution Manager (****SolMan****)** Senior Analyst to support a major SAP transformation program. In this role, you will focus on implementing and maintaining SAP Solution Manager functionalities to enable efficient change, test, and incident management across SAP landscapes. You will work closely with cross\-functional teams to ensure system alignment, process optimization, and successful project delivery. **Key Responsibilities:** **SAP Solution Manager Configuration and Support**: * Configure and support SAP Solution Manager modules, including **Change Request Management (****ChaRM****)**, **IT Service Management (ITSM)**, and **Test Management**. * Assist in the implementation and optimization of SolMan functionalities to meet project and business requirements. **System Monitoring and Incident Resolution**: * Monitor SAP system performance and availability using SolMan tools. * Support incident resolution and ensure timely issue management. **Collaboration and Documentation**: * Collaborate with technical and functional teams to ensure effective solution documentation and system alignment. * Maintain dashboards, reports, and operational metrics for stakeholders and leadership. **Process Optimization and Best Practices**: * Apply SAP Solution Manager best practices for system configuration and process optimization. * Identify opportunities for improvement and recommend enhancements to SolMan processes. **Stakeholder Communication**: * Provide regular updates on system performance, incident management, and project progress. * Support leadership with insights and metrics to drive informed decision\-making. **Requirements:** **Education:** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. * SAP Solution Manager training or certification is a plus. **Experience:** * 2\-4 years of experience in SAP Solution Manager implementation and support. * Hands\-on experience with **ChaRM**, **ITSM**, and **Test Management** modules. * Exposure to SAP system monitoring and incident resolution processes. **Technical Skills:** * Strong knowledge of SAP Solution Manager functionalities, including change control and test management processes. * Familiarity with SAP system landscapes and integration with SolMan. * Basic understanding of system performance monitoring tools and techniques. **Soft Skills:** * Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills to address technical challenges. * Good communication and coordination skills to work effectively with cross\-functional teams. * Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast\-paced environment. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Exposure to SAP S/4HANA landscapes and their integration with SolMan. * Familiarity with Agile or DevOps methodologies for SAP project delivery. * Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) for SAP hosting.
