You will work closely with our technology department, production managers, maintenance teams, and other cross-functional areas to ensure efficient, reliable, and high-quality production operations Your key responsibilities will include: * Maintaining and optimizing production processes for the SMT line, including SPI, pick-and-place machines, screeners, reflow soldering, and AOI. * Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and initiating corrective actions in case of process deviations. * Performing line balancing and analyzing process capability to increase throughput and minimize waste. * Developing and updating essential process documentation such as standard operating procedures, control plans, PFMEA, and MSA. * Providing technical support to production teams to resolve process-related issues and minimize equipment downtime. * Supporting prototype runs on the SMT line and validating process performance for new products. * Ensuring full compliance with IPC standards (e.g., IPC-A-610 and IPC-J-STD-001). * Leading root cause analysis for production issues and implementing robust corrective actions. **What We Are Looking For** We are looking for an independent and structured team player with a “can-do” attitude.
