In this role Lead the Operations function at local level, with full accountability running the day\-to day Operation and to overachieve customer expectations through lean, faultless operational execution (Care, Customer, Cost, Cash), in an extended value chain and at the lowest total cost. **How you’ll make an impact** * Managing overall manufacturing operations, including staff and the SIOP (Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning) process. * Implementing continuous improvement methodologies and lean principles to enhance productivity and reduce costs. * Developing programs and metrics to optimize operational performance and working capital. * Recruiting, retaining, and developing high\-performing teams while establishing a talent pipeline for future leaders. * Ensuring a strong customer focus and uphold high ethical standards in all operations. * Providing a safe and healthy work environment, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations. * Collaborating with the ITM (Integrated Transformer Management System) team to integrate lean manufacturing principles into production processes. * Backfilling key positions and providing training and mentoring to leaders.
