**Electrical Reliability Superintendent** **Subsidiary:** Genser Energy Ghana Limited (GEGL) **Division:** Power (POW) **Location:** Edikan, Western Region, Ghana **Reports to:** Plant Manager **Designation Level:** Functional Head **OBJECTIVE:** The Electrical Reliability Superintendent will be responsible for identifying and managing asset reliability risks that could adversely affect the plant and its operations. The Electrical Reliability Superintendent will ensure the availability of assets and the overall reliability of the plant (equipment, processes, utilities, facilities, and safety/security systems) through good practices of monitoring and maintenance. This role is crucial in maintaining operational integrity and efficiency and reducing downtime. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** *OPERATIONS \& MAINTENANCE (OM)* * Ensure the reliability and maintainability of installations.
