**Your Job** As a Process Engineer, you are a member of the Coater Process. As a part of the team, you will leverage your process knowledge to advance the company's stewardship goals by producing the right quality coated glass and reduce the manufacturing cost to create competitive advantages for our business. We pride ourselves on being the partner of choice for our internal and external customers. **What You Will Do** * Lead process setup for current coated products portfolio. * Work closely with the GT\&D team to transfer and develop new products to the plant portfolio. * Lead an operational team in a safe and efficient manner and to take ownership vision advancement, safety, quality, and productivity. * Provide process engineering and technical support to plant operations for day\-to\-day production. * Stay up to date with industry trends, learnings and innovations to advance the business strategy. * Utilize interpersonal skills to contribute positively in a team\-oriented environment. * Demonstrate strong analytical and problem\-solving skills. * Manage the inventory of targets that are the critical raw material for the process. * Lead the washer related activities to ensure its upkeep and ensure supply quality washed glass for coating. **Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)** * Bachelor's Degree or higher in Engineering in Metallurgy, Material Science or electrical * Experience with process control fundamentals * Knowledge of glass and physical properties. **What Will Put You Ahead** * 2 to 3 years of experience in similar field (coating line). * Experience in manufacturing factory.
