***Scope of the Job*** Drive the safe execution of corrective maintenance activities focusing on efficient breakdown resolution OTIF. Following all applicable Safety, Quality and Production standards. Keeping area of activities clean, organized and well maintained. **Job Responsibilities** **Functional Responsibilities:** * Ensure safety in all areas and activities. * Ensure all quality standards are met. * Ensure continuous process improvements by using the TPM methodology. * Registration, collection and analysis of data for the detection and prevention of machine deterioration. * Recognizes risks in daily work and organizes execution in a safe way. * Consistently uses all mandatory PPE, and reports all accidents and incidents , near misses and potential hazards * Executes Lock Out Tag Out procedures * Detects sporadic single events failures and execute repairs within own technical discipline (Electrical) in a structure way. * Takes effective role when participating in breakdown, minor stops and speed loss reduction RCFA, Kaizen to eradicate the root cause of failures and avoid recurrence. * Organizes materials, tools and documents to execute maintenance work to reduce the time to repair. * Monitor MTTR and proposes improvement measures. * Recognizes correlations between PM plan, CILT standard, quality of PM work, quality for operation and failure pattern and proposes improvements accordingly. * Support the preventive maintenance team if required, spots and rectifies performance issues of equipment during walk around * Diagnose failures/alarms on control schemes ( PLC , Conventional control) * Attends production shift handover meeting (know OPI losses). * Participates in RCFA (5 why) including training/mentoring for operators. **Leadership Responsibilities:** * Comply with Heineken green print to win behaviors * Comply with ABC values \# of Hires Needed 1 Hiring Manager Michel Girgis Sefian, Ihab Job Requirements **Qualifications:** **Education, Certifications and Licenses:** * Intermediate level of education **Knowledge and Experience:** * More than 5 years of relevant experience * Computer literacy **Skills and Abilities:** * Willingness to work rotating shifts on continuous, seven\-day cycle * Ability to work under stressful conditions **Personal Qualities:*** Hard worker. * Good initiative. * High level of ethics. * Punctuality is essential. **Preferable Qualifications:** * Basic command of English. * Fair in Microsoft excel \& word.
