This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned developer who is looking to take their career to the next level by leading a team and driving technical excellence. ### **Responsibilities** * Lead, mentor, and manage a team of backend developers to ensure high\-quality deliverables * Architect and develop robust backend systems leveraging .Net frameworks * Work closely with product managers and other stakeholders to gather and interpret requirements * Ensure best practices in coding, application design, and development processes are followed * Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members * Troubleshoot and resolve complex backend issues and bugs * Continuously evaluate and implement improvements to existing code and processes * Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovative solutions **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field * 5\+ years of experience in backend development, specifically with .Net technologies * Proven experience in a leadership or team lead role * Strong proficiency in .Net Core, C\#, and related frameworks * Experience with API design and development * Familiarity with database technologies, including SQL and NoSQL * Strong understanding of software development methodologies and version control systems (e.g., Git) * Excellent problem\-solving skills and attention to detail * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to thrive in a fast\-paced and dynamic environment **Benefits** * Paid Time Off * Hybrid * Performance Bonus * Training \& Development
