Envision Employment Solutions is currently looking for a ⁠SAP Technical Solution Architect for one of our partners, a global leader in consulting, digital transformation, technology, and engineering services. This position requires flexibility to work on US times and flexibility to travel abroad when needed. **Responsibilities:** * Lead the design and architecture of SAP technical solutions to meet business requirements. * Translate business requirements into technical specifications and designs. * Develop solution blueprints, roadmaps, and architecture diagrams. * Evaluate and select appropriate SAP technologies, platforms, and infrastructure components. * Design and implement SAP system landscapes, including sizing, performance tuning, and high availability. * Ensure integration and interoperability between different SAP components and other systems. * Provide guidance and direction to technical consultants and developers. * Review and approve technical designs and implementations. * Oversee the performance, scalability, and security of SAP systems. * Manage risks and issues related to SAP technical architecture. * Stay up\-to\-date with the latest SAP technologies and trends. * Provide thought leadership and best practice recommendations on SAP technical solutions. * Mentor and coach other team members on SAP architecture and design. * Participate in pre\-sales activities and contribute to proposal development. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. * 6\+ years of hands\-on experience 1 in SAP technical consulting and architecture. * Deep understanding of SAP technologies and platforms (e.g., S/4HANA, NetWeaver, BTP). Specify relevant technologies for your organization. * Strong knowledge of operating systems, databases, and network infrastructure. Specify relevant OS/DBs. * Experience with SAP implementation methodologies (e.g., ASAP, Activate). * Proficiency in creating solution blueprints, architecture diagrams, and technical specifications. * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. * Ability to lead and influence cross\-functional teams. * Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills. * SAP certifications in relevant areas are preferred. * Experience with cloud\-based SAP solutions (e.g., SAP BTP) is a plus. **Benefits:** * Competitive Salary based on experience * Social and medical insurance * Learning, development and career progression
