The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Spring Boot, Flask, Java, Python, Microservices architecture, and PL/SQL. As a Senior Backend Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high\-performance backend services, ensuring seamless integration and performance across distributed systems. **Key Responsibilities:** * Design, develop, and maintain robust backend services using Spring Boot, Flask, Java, and Python. * Architect and implement Microservices solutions to ensure scalability and flexibility. * Work with PL/SQL to design and optimize database queries, stored procedures, and data models. * Collaborate with front\-end developers, DevOps, and other teams to integrate backend services with front\-end applications and ensure seamless user experiences. * Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize complex backend systems to ensure high availability and performance. * Mentor junior developers, provide technical leadership, and ensure best practices in backend development. * Continuously improve backend architecture, security, and efficiency through code reviews, performance tuning, and innovative solutions. **Requirements:** **Required Skills:** * Extensive experience with Spring Boot and Flask for backend development. * Strong proficiency in Java and Python for building scalable, high\-performance applications. * Deep understanding of Microservices architecture and implementation. * Strong experience with PL/SQL, database design, and query optimization. * Proven track record in designing and deploying backend services in production environments. * Familiarity with cloud platforms and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus. * Excellent problem\-solving skills and ability to handle complex technical challenges. **Qualifications:** * 4\+ years of experience as a Backend Developer or in a similar technical role. * Experience with modern software development practices (Agile, CI/CD, etc.). * Relevant certifications in backend technologies (e.g., Java, Spring, Python) are a plus.
