**Requirements and responsibilities** **Manual QA Analyst** ===================== We are looking for a detail\-oriented QA Analyst with hands\-on **manual testing experience** in an Agile environment. You thrive in a collaborative setting, understand the software development life cycle, and are passionate about delivering high\-quality software. You have: 3–5 years of experience in QA/manual testing roles. Experience in **manual testing** within an Agile development environment. Understanding of **Agile methodology** and QA’s role in SDLC. Basic technical knowledge, including **API testing** and familiarity with testing principles. Strong **analytical and problem\-solving skills**. Excellent **communication and collaboration** skills. Attention to detail and ability to **document test cases effectively**. Experience with **mobile testing** (an asset). Foundational QA training or certifications. ### **What You’ll Do** As a QA Analyst, you will ensure the quality and reliability of our web SaaS and mobile applications by: **Review Developer Tasks \& User Stories:** Verify that tasks and stories are well\-written, complete, and meet quality standards; collaborate with developers to clarify requirements. **Participate in Agile Development:** Actively engage in sprint planning, daily stand\-ups, and retrospectives; provide QA insights and support team communication. **Conduct Manual Testing:** Perform thorough manual testing to identify defects, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement. **Document Test Cases:** Create and maintain comprehensive test cases, scripts, and plans to ensure thorough test coverage. **Collaborate:** Work closely with other QA Analysts to share best practices and foster continuous learning. **Test APIs:** Conduct API testing and validate data integrity to ensure proper application functionality. **Report \& Communicate:** Clearly document and communicate test results, issues, and observations to developers for timely resolution. **Improve Processes:** Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, methods, and tools. ### **Tools You’ll Use** **Test Management:** Jira, Xray **Design \& Collaboration:** Figma **API Testing:** Postman, Swagger **Web Debugging:** Chrome DevTools **Databases:** SQL Server Management Studio **Mobile \& Cross\-Browser Testing:** BrowserStack (asset), Android Studio/Android emulator (asset) **Network Debugging Tools:** Charles Proxy, Fiddler (asset) ### **Why Join Us** You will be part of a collaborative, high\-performing team that values **quality, continuous learning, and innovation**.
