- * Bachelor’s degree in either Civil Engineering or Construction Management. * Qualified/Registered Professional Engineer or approved equivalent in their citizenship country. * A minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in the water and wastewater sector including experience managing the detailed design of at least three WWTP in the last ten years and of sewerage systems. * A minimum of ten years of relevant experience in the supervision and contract management of water and wastewater sector, infrastructure project using the FIDIC Conditions of contract. * Fluency in English.
