To fully understand the means by which valuations are prepared , the take\-off of quantities and on site measurement. ###### **skills Required** * To understand the difference between Lump Sum and Bill of Rates. * Ideally to have been employed on multi discipline projects. * Managing costs on a wide variety of new building projects and structures , such as Airports , residential developments , sports gym , schools , hospitals , offices and Museums. ###### **Qualifications Required** * Applicants should have a Degree / Diploma in civil engineering. * with minimum 8 years exp in construction of projects , and at least 5 years as a QUANTITYSURVEYOR As a minimum , experience in heavy civil works is required. * Previous experience as a Site Engineer before becoming aQuantity Surveyor is preferred.
