***Role Description*** *This is a full\-time on\-site role for a Technical Support Agent located in Cairo, Egypt. The Technical Support Agent will be responsible for providing technical support to customers, troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering excellent customer support.
