Envision Employment Solutions is currently looking for a Salesforce Developer for one of our partners, a global leader in consulting, digital transformation, technology and engineering services. This position requires flexibility to work on US times and flexibility to travel abroad when needed. **Responsibilities:** * Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Flows. * Customize and configure standard and custom objects, workflows, validation rules, process builders, and other Salesforce features. * Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs. * Participate in the full application lifecycle including technical design, development, testing, and deployment. * Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions. * Perform data migrations and transformations using tools like Data Loader or third\-party ETL tools. * Conduct code reviews, write unit tests, and ensure best practices for security and performance. * Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing Salesforce implementations. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. * Minimum 4 years of Salesforce development experience. Proficient in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL. * Experience with Salesforce APIs, integration patterns, and tools like MuleSoft, Jitterbit, or similar. * Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps practices using tools like Gearset, Copado, or Jenkins. * Strong understanding of CRM business processes such as sales, marketing, and customer service. * Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required; Platform Developer II or other Salesforce certifications is a plus. * Excellent problem\-solving skills and attention to detail. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. **Benefits:** * Competitive Salary based on experience * Social and medical insurance * Learning, development and career progression
