




#### **Job Description** * Participating in developing and implementing the marketing plan and activities to help achieve company goals. * Creating new marketing ideas that maintain the market share of the company. * Identify brand\-building areas and enforce brand marketing guidelines in trademarks, logos, and publications. * Provide marketing generated leads, sales opportunities and business development; cost of campaigns, number of deals sourced by marketing as a % of total pipeline and total revenue. * Help in running a smooth operating rhythm of measurable campaigns that drive revenue through sales teams. * Participating in market researches and analyzing data and preparing related reports. * Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies. * Creating the needed ideas for the marketing materials such as brochures, flyers and following up its execution. * Participate in developing and executing all ATL \& BTL campaigns. * Execute integrated marketing programs (incl. events / exhibitions, branding / activation, tie\-ups / cross promotions) mapped to the buyer journey. * Support with development and execution of social media campaigns through paid and organic channels. * Help in selecting and managing events (sponsored and hosted) to be included as tactics in the overall marketing mix, and ensure there is a cohesive pre\-event, at\-event and post\-event strategy to increase engagement and response rates. * Proactively engage with our sales teams to coordinate, communicate, and optimize the impact of marketing activities (aligning marketing with their business priorities) * Communicate and educate the sales team regarding new and planned marketing activities, through internal marketing newsletter and other channels such as corporate communication activities. * Manage vendors that contribute to local demand creation programs (incl. events services, direct mail providers, content syndication providers, telemarketing agencies, and list brokers). * Measure, analyze and report on impact of activities (on operational, campaign and tactical level). * Monitoring offline competition and prepare / present regular competition watch reports. * Prepare and conduct all marketing administrative tasks and documentation. ### **T****echnical Requirements:** * Knowledge of marketing and communication principles, practices, and techniques. * Experience in executing marketing activities (ATL / BTL). ### **R****eporting to:** Marketing Manager ### **E****ducation:** * Bachelor of Commerce / Business Administration / Marketing or Related Discipline. * MBA / Post Graduate related Diploma (Preferred) ### **P****ersonal Skills:** * Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills. * Professional and proactive work ethic. * Good communication and presentation skills. * Time management and multi\-tasking. * Creativity. * Team work. ### **L****anguage** Fluent English ### **Years of Experience:** 7 – 9 years ### **C****omputer Skills:** Excellent command of MS Office
