**Position:** Senior Sales Representative – U.S. Market **Location:** West Square Beverly Hills \- Hybrid. **Type:** Full\-Time **Working Hours:** 2 PM to 11 PM . **About Grand Care:** Grand Care is a fast\-growing IT offshoring provider specializing in connecting top\-tier IT talent from Egypt with leading companies in the United States. We offer staff augmentation services that include software developers, UI/UX designers, and quality engineers, ensuring high\-quality, cost\-effective solutions for our clients. **Job Overview:** We are seeking a dynamic and experienced **Senior Sales Representative** to join our team and drive client acquisition in the U.S. market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT offshoring or staff augmentation sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of closing deals with U.S.\-based clients. **Key Responsibilities:** * Identify and engage with potential clients in the **United States**, including **tech startups, mid\-sized companies, and enterprises**. * Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through **LinkedIn, cold outreach, and networking events**. * Conduct client meetings and presentations to understand client needs and propose tailored IT staffing solutions. * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and client satisfaction. * Achieve and exceed quarterly sales targets and KPIs. * Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the U.S. market. **Requirements:** * **5\+ years of experience in B2B sales**, preferably in IT offshoring, staff augmentation, or IT services targeting the U.S. market. * Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. * **Fluent in English** with exceptional verbal and written communication skills. * Strong negotiation and closing skills. * Experience using **CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)** to manage sales pipelines. * Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast\-paced, startup environment.
