Unique and profitable business model **About the role** We're seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our Marketplace team. You'll drive initiatives to optimize our product offering system and ensure fair distribution of opportunities across our merchant network. You will be partnering with business, engineers, designers and data experts, to define and execute a product strategy to delight users and enable world\-class growth organization. **What you will do :** * Develop and execute product strategy for our marketplace platform. * Design systems to match merchants with appropriate products based on their profiles. * Create fair allocation mechanisms for product distribution. * Work with cross\-functional teams to implement and improve marketplace features. * Define and track key metrics for marketplace health and merchant satisfaction. * Gather and analyze data to inform product decisions. * Conduct research to understand merchant needs and pain points. * Run experiments to improve platform efficiency. * Maintain a clear product roadmap aligned with business objectives. **What will make you successful:** * 3\-5 years of product management experience * Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills * Experience with marketplace dynamics preferred * Track record of successfully shipped features * Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities * Data\-driven approach to decision making * Ability to balance technical constraints with business goals
