As a DevOps Engineer, you will be an integral part of the team that ensures the seamless deployment, operation, and scalability of our software applications. You will work closely with our development teams to support continuous integration, continuous deployment (CI/CD), and automated testing efforts. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with AWS, Azure, Agile, CI/CD pipelines, Azure DevOps, PHP, Laravel, Linux (particularly Ubuntu), and MySQL. **Key Responsibilities:** * Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines for a variety of PHP and Laravel based projects using Azure DevOps and other tools. * Administer and manage AWS or Azure cloud environments to ensure high availability, performance, and security. * Automate deployment processes and strive for continuous improvement and building and improving infrastructure. * Work closely with the development teams to ensure Agile practices are followed and to facilitate a culture of rapid and effective iteration. * Monitor applications and environments and respond to issues to ensure uptime and performance targets are met. * Engage in and improve the whole lifecycle of services—from inception and design, through deployment, operation, and refinement. * Maintain services once they are live by measuring and monitoring availability, latency, and overall system health. * Implement system automation as much as possible to minimize manual toil. * Troubleshoot and resolve issues in our development, test, and production environments. * Manage and support database environments, optimizations, and replications in MySQL. * Provide system administration and support within the Linux Ubuntu environment. * Mentor junior staff and collaborate with team members to share knowledge and best practices. **Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. * Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or similar software engineering role. * Proficient with AWS, Azure, and Azure DevOps. * Expertise in Agile methodologies and frameworks. * Strong experience with PHP and Laravel. * Proficient with Linux\-based environments, specifically Ubuntu. * Strong background in MySQL and database administration. * Excellent knowledge of CI/CD pipeline tools and version control systems. * Understanding of system monitoring tools and automated testing frameworks. * Familiarity with networking, security, and cloud\-based delivery models. * Excellent troubleshooting and problem\-solving skills. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Certifications in AWS, Azure, or related fields. * Experience with containerization and orchestration services. * Knowledge of scripting languages like Bash, Python, etc. * Strong documentation and communication skills. **What We Offer:** * Competitive salary and benefits package. * A vibrant and dynamic work environment where your contributions make a difference. * Opportunities for professional growth and career advancement. * Flexible work arrangements to balance your professional and personal life. * A culture of innovation, collaboration, and respect.
