**About the Job** ----------------- The Project Engineer is responsible for the technical and engineering aspects of assigned projects. This includes planning, scheduling, and managing all aspects of the project to ensure that it is completed on time, within budget, and to the required specifications. The Project Engineer will also work closely with clients and other stakeholders to ensure that their needs are met. ### **Responsibilities:** ##### **Project Planning and Management:** * Analyze and comprehend contracts to define project scope, timeline, milestones, and contract terms * Prepare comprehensive project documents, including project summary sheets, design documents, schedules, procurement and shipping plans, and meticulous handover documents for site and data monitoring teams * Attend and actively contribute to weekly internal and external project progress meetings, documenting minutes, and creating actionable lists ##### **Procurement and Coordination:** * Prepare purchase orders (POs) for suppliers and subcontractors * Ensure compliance of ongoing work with project requirements and schedule, proactively following up on progress and addressing any deviations * Regularly update and adjust the project schedule as needed to maintain efficiency and meet objectives ##### **Client Interaction:** * Provide prompt and clear responses to client inquiries and clarifications, maintaining exceptional levels of client satisfaction * Foster strong working relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring their needs are addressed throughout the project lifecycle ### **Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, with a demonstrated understanding of engineering principles and practices * 1\-3 years of experience in project engineering * Excellent project management skills, allowing you to lead and drive projects to successful completion * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant project management tools * Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills, enabling seamless collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders ### **Benefits:** * A competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package * Opportunities to work on challenging and rewarding projects * Chance to make a significant impact on the company's success * Collaborative and supportive work environment
