The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our users, ensuring that all IT systems are functioning optimally. This role requires a strong understanding of computer networking, operating systems, and customer service skills to effectively resolve issues and enhance user experience. **Key Responsibilities:** \* Server Management \& Maintenance: Ensuring optimal operation, performing regular backups, and safeguarding critical data on company servers. \* System Administration: Overseeing the performance and functionality of our various IT systems and applications, providing essential technical support to users. \* Network Troubleshooting \& Support: Diagnosing and resolving network\-related issues across our company offices and manufacturing plant. \* Hardware Support: Providing comprehensive maintenance and support for all desktop and laptop computers, printers, and installing necessary software. \* Data \& System Security: Contributing to the implementation of best security practices to protect the company's valuable information assets. **Qualifications:** \* Experience: \+4 years of practical experience in IT systems administration, technical support, or a similar role, preferably within a manufacturing or sales\-driven environment. \* Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field. \* Strong Proficiency in: \* Server administration (e.g., Windows Server, Linux). \* Network troubleshooting and maintenance (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN). \* Operating systems (Windows, macOS/Linux is a plus). \* Office 365 applications. \* Familiarity with ERP or CRM systems is considered a significant advantage. \* Personal Skills: \* Excellent problem\-solving and quick decision\-making abilities. \* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. \* Flexibility and eagerness to address a variety of technical challenges.
