As a Data Scientist at Nawy, you will play a key role in leveraging data science techniques and machine learning algorithms to solve complex business problems and drive strategic decision\-making. You will work closely with cross\-functional teams to identify opportunities for data\-driven solutions, develop predictive models and algorithms, and deliver actionable insights that drive business value. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, extensive experience in data science and machine learning, and a proven track record of delivering impactful solutions in a business setting. * Lead and manage end\-to\-end data science projects, from problem formulation and data exploration to model development, evaluation, and deployment * Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and objectives, and translate them into data science solutions that drive business value * Design and develop predictive models, machine learning algorithms, and advanced analytics solutions to solve complex business problems * Perform exploratory data analysis and feature engineering to extract insights and identify patterns in the data * Evaluate and benchmark machine learning algorithms and techniques to identify the most effective approaches for a given problem * Work closely with data/dev\-ops engineers to ensure the scalability, reliability, and performance of data science solutions in production environments * Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner, and collaborate with them to drive adoption and implementation of data\-driven solutions * Stay up\-to\-date with the latest developments in data science, machine learning, and artificial intelligence, and proactively identify opportunities to apply new techniques and technologies to business problems **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related technical field or equivalent work. * Proven experience as a Data Scientist or similar role, with at least 3 years of experience in a same role * Strong technical skills in data analysis, machine learning, and statistical modeling, with proficiency in Python, R, or other programming languages * Experience with machine learning libraries and frameworks such as scikit\-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch * Solid understanding of data science concepts and techniques, including supervised and unsupervised learning, classification, regression, clustering, and time series analysis * Proven track record of delivering data\-driven solutions that have positively impacted business outcomes * Excellent problem\-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to think critically and analytically * The ability and willingness to learn new technologies on the job. * Self driven, highly motivated, fast learner, ambitious and creative.
