





Yama Engineering Systems is looking for a talented **IT Help Desk Engineer** to join our team! **Key Responsibilities:** * Provide technical support for all company hardware, software, and network systems. * Manage and maintain servers, user accounts, and company emails. * Troubleshoot system and network issues promptly to ensure smooth operations. * Handle software installation, updates, and license renewals. * Oversee and maintain the company’s website and ensure it is up\-to\-date. * Ensure all IT assets are properly configured and secure. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. * 2–4 years of experience in IT support or a similar role. * Strong knowledge of Windows systems, networks, and hardware troubleshooting. * Experience in server management and website maintenance. * Excellent communication and problem\-solving skills. * Fluent in English. **Location:** Nasr City \- Cairo Job Type: Full\-time Pay: E£10,000\.00 \- E£15,000\.00 per month
