###### **Duties \& Responsibilities:** * Designing, configuring, integrating, and implementing of process control solutions for Oil \& Gas and Petrochemicals industries. * Design control system architectures and develop control strategies to meet project requirements and industry standards. * Program and configure PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers) and HMIs (Human Machine Interfaces) using industry\-standard software (e.g., Siemens TIA Portal, Rockwell Studio, Honeywell Experion®). * Develop and implement communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, Ethernet/IP, Profibus, OPC) for data exchange between control devices and supervisory systems. * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to identify automation requirements, develop specifications, and define project scope and objectives. * Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning to ensure proper functionality and performance of automation systems. * Provide technical support and training to operations and maintenance personnel on control system operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance procedures. * Review, Develop, and Prepare project documentation and drawings following standards, practices, and use of company engineering tools. * Calculate Heat Dissipation and Power Consumption for various types of cabinet and consoles. * Develop cabinet designs for various systems, including but not limited to DCS, SIS, Server / Networking and Marshalling. * Knowledge of the field instrumentation (sensors, transducers, drives related to Pressure, Flow, Temperature, Level etc). * Design, configure, conduct FAT and commissioning of control systems. * Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends in automation, control systems, and industrial networking. * Participate in project planning, estimation, and scheduling activities to ensure timely delivery of automation solutions within budget constraints. * Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety standards while executing automation projects. * Ability to read and interpret P\&IDs, and instrument loop sheets. ###### **Qualifications:** * Proven experience in automation engineering, including PLC programming, HMI/SCADA development, and industrial control systems. * Proficiency in programming languages such as ladder logic, structured text, or function block diagram. * Familiarity with industrial networking protocols (e.g., Ethernet/IP, Profibus, Modbus) and communication standards. * Strong problem\-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex systems and troubleshoot technical issues. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. * Project management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects concurrently. * Knowledge of Cybersecurity in OT Systems. * Proven technology skills in Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and EPLAN. * Attention to detail, plus analytical and problem\-solving capabilities, and a Positive, service\-oriented personality. * A high level of self\-motivation, curiosity, and a desire to learn about new technologies. * Fluent in English. * Availability to travel. * Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Communication Engineering. ###### **Years Of Experience:** **3 \- 5** ###### **Location:** **Cairo, Egypt** ###### **Contract Type:** **Full Time**
