We are looking for a customer service \& delivery app operator responsible for making sure that ordered products are being seamlessly delivered to the clients. Hired person will be in charge of a variety of tasks, such as providing customers assistance, orders assignment and supervision, office tasks such us creating daily reports, data entry, listings management. Job schedule will vary \- night and day shifts. Job responsibilities: * Maintaining high performance levels for service\-related processes, and implementing improvement activities wherever necessary * Ensuring that systems, procedures, and methodologies are in place to support outstanding service delivery * Developing a deep understanding of projects to gain insights into the scope of service delivery * Taking accountability for service delivery performance, meeting customer expectations, and driving future demand * Providing accurate and regular reports to the management on performance of the service delivery * Building strong relationships with teams and stakeholders to enable effective dialogue exchange between departments * Communicating with vendors and clients, handling complains and resolving issues * Performing office duties, preparing daily reports and data entry * Updating listings Required Skills: \- Customer service skills \- Expertise in people management and leadership is a plus \- Strong organizational skills \- Capacity to train and guide junior team members \- Ability to manage and prioritize tasks efficiently \- Solid resource planning and problem\-solving skills \-Excellent verbal and written communication skills \- English and Arabic language proficiency required \-Excel proficiency Job Type: Full\-time Pay: E£8,000\.00 \- E£10,000\.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate: * El Gouna: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Application Question(s): * Are you currently based in El Gouna/Hurghada? * When are you available to start the work?
