Job Required – Accounting Manager Duties and Responsibilities: Full supervision of the accounting cycle and preparation of financial statements. Preparation and review of cost reports and analysis of variances. Preparation of estimated budgets and monitoring of the factory's financial performance. Management of vendor and customer accounts, and dealing with banks, receivables and payables. Preparation of monthly financial reports for senior management. Supervision of the accounting team and effective task distribution. Requirements: Minimum of 10 years of experience in accounting, including 3 years as an accounting manager in factories or industrial companies. Proficiency in retail software Strong skills in accounting software and Excel. Leadership personality, ability to handle work pressure, and strong organizational skills.
