**Company:** MCV INDUSTRY ( egypt)\- **Job Purpose:** Responsible for controlling, following up cost of products and monitoring the impact of modifications on products’ cost **Job Duties and Responsibilities:** * Create and update products, component cost * Create cost estimate for new tenders * Follow up and solve costing problems * Analyze monthly production orders costing variance * Perform continuous monitoring for consumables and products’ man hour * Carry out the cost saving studies to minimize the cost of the products * Update and follow up the cost saving plans * Create budget cost for all products * Study new project components cost with engineering and sales * Provide feedback to the R\&D team based on models costing study for items that could be used as alternatives * Fulfill additional tasks as per job needs and as directed by line management **Job Skills and Abilities:** - Excellent computer skills (AutoCAD, MS Office, SAP knowledge is preferable) - Good communication skills with the ability to form and maintain good relationships - Understand mechanical drawings * Be proactive, polyvalent, well organized, curious, and attentive to details * Good knowledge of cost, and ability to analyze and synthesis - Ability to work under pressure - Multitasking and self\-confident **Qualifications:** * BSC in Mechanical Engineering is a must (production/power/mechatronics) * 2 – 3 years of experience * Knowledge of industrial manufacturing and assembly processes
