




**Requirements and responsibilities** **Duties:** * Collaborate with the development team, product owners, and other stakeholders to understand product requirements and specifications. * Design and develop test cases, and test scripts based on project requirements and specifications. * Execute manual tests to identify defects, issues, and areas for improvement in software applications, systems, or services. * Log, track, and manage defects and issues throughout the software development lifecycle, working closely with developers to ensure timely resolution. * Participate in agile ceremonies, such as sprint planning, stand\-ups, and retrospectives, to provide input on testing efforts and communicate test progress. * Analyze test results and provide comprehensive reports to stakeholders, highlighting areas of concern and recommending corrective actions. * Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement. Prepare reports and present findings to management. * Develop and maintain test documentation, including test cases, and test cycles, ensuring accuracy and consistency. * Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes, methodologies, and tools to enhance test coverage, efficiency, and effectiveness. * Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and regulatory requirements related to quality control to continuously improve processes and procedures. #### **Technical Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. * 4\-7 years of experience as a Quality Control Engineer in a software development environment. * Mobile Testing Experience is a must. * Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes, including manual and automated testing techniques. * Proficiency in using test management and bug tracking tools, such as JIRA, TFS, or similar. * Provin experience in Agile development methodologies. #### **Non\-technical requirements:** * Fluent English. * Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team and with cross\-functional stakeholders. * Detail\-oriented and well\-organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities concurrently.
