**Company:** MCV INDUSTRY ( egypt)\- **Job Purpose:** Maintain regularly and at all times the availability of materials and components that are required for keeping the production in progress by achieving the balance between avoiding the shortage in delivery and the optimum stocks level **Job Duties and Responsibilities:** * Create purchase requisitions * Check MRP views on SAP * Follow up with the purchasing department the purchasing cycle of items * Review the validation of changed numbers * Review the sales orders configurations and the expected production date * Communicate with spare parts department for any transferred materials * Liaise on with planning department for any change in the production plan * Contact technology department for any changes in the BOM * Communicate with engineering department for new required configurations * Liaise on with the production control for any loading out of cycle * Check with store keepers for all required change in the stock quantity * Check with quality department for releasing the blocked stock to free store * Follow up with the production department to cover any shortage or missing data * Check with loading department for universal batches loading * Follow up all factory claims * Follow up the status of the blocked stock and ensuring regular updates * Follow up the inventory value levels * Create reports for air freight flight costs * Fulfill additional tasks as per job needsMain KPI Key Performance indicators: * Core Competencies + Financial Management + Customer Excellence + Process Management + Growth \& Development * Functional Competencies + Job Knowledge + Monitoring, Reporting and Trend Thinking + Technology and Cyber Security * Leadership Competencies + Accountability \& Focusing on Business Results + Emotional Intelligence + Integrity \& Professional Behavior **Job Skills and Abilities:** * Good communication skills * Good mathematical abilities — especially in probability and statistics * Problem solving skills * Good English **Qualifications:** * BSC in Mechanical Engineering is a must \- 3 \- 5 years of experience
