To develop the Wireless Transmission Network planning, design and engineering for all Microwave, Millimeter Wave, MWBB, and Infrared for all vendors to construct a more agile Network to cater for customer voice traffic needed and the exponential data traffic increase with the Target KPIs by applying effective solutions, mid and long term plans using the best in class technologies serving the company business plan and strategy. 2\. To lead the planning, control and tracking a CAPEX budget between 150 MEGP to 200 MEGP related to Fixed TX, Wireless TX, and B2B TX to have optimum allocation and efficient use of CAPEX resources aligning with the company business plan and strategy. 3\. To manage, organize and control the contracted BOQs and material batches flow to feed the Wireless TX, High Capacity links and B2B TX solutions dashboard projects with needed material to achieve the projects implementation plan on time. **Report To Position Name**  Set and Develop the Wireless Transmission Network design criteria to meet Etisalat network Expansion and Availability KPI’s \& daily links performance  Development and Plan the Microwave Transmission Capacity Planning \& Service Integration criteria to meet Etisalat network Expansion and Modernization covering Wireless Transmission network Arrange with the RF and Capacity management to define LACs of BSCs and RNCs to be integrated on current and new ones in the network through short term and long term plans.  Provide Wireless connectivity for all Wifi Sites and integrating them to WiFi routers/core network  Develop \& Plan TX solutions for B2B and enterprise customers for both Mobile and ISP networks, and set the Criteria to align with departmental business plan.  Ensure providing of B2B standard solution to be easily used by sales teams  Arrange with B2B sales teams external meeting for Mega projects and Mega accounts  Tackling \& studying the roadmap of the current vendors’ equipment and other vendors in the market to provide new solutions with the state of the art technology with a successful Business Case in order to align with departmental goals and strategies Budget Control :  Deal with NTRA to a apply its requirements and recommendations to ensure that Etisalat Transmission Network is aligned with national and international Transmission standards  Setting with TX Managers/ Senior Managers Yearly plans of TX Expansion over Wireless, based on Yearly marketing forecast \& network growth to define required Yearly CAPEX  Develop \& set the required equipment and materials, and accordingly and lead team to prepare the BoQ which illustrates the requested equipment to cover the network expansion and optimization through each phase.  Follow up on Ordering and Opened RFPs  Ensure Purchase Orders are made on Time  Follow up on Material Delivery with related teams to meet networks team on time with efficient use of stored materials in warehouses **Qualifications** **QUALIFICATIONS\_ESSENTIAL**  University Degree in Communications Engineering  Minimum 6 years of Experience within Mobile Networks Field  Strong in Transmission planning techniques, Knowledge of Transmission theories, Experience with different transmission equipment.  Effective Communication \& Negotiation skills  Ability to deal with difficult people at work  Ability to work under pressure  Microwave Transmission \& GSM Networks Overview  Computer skills are a must, especially MS Excel.  Excellent in Arabic \& English (Reading, Writing \& Oral). **QUALIFICATIONS\_DESIRABLE**  Familiar with Fiber / Microwave Transmission Equipment and GSM Network Topologies  Knowledge of IP fundamentals **EXPERIENCE\_ESSENTIAL** \- Microwave Transmission Network Planning \- GSM network overview \- SDH Transmission planning \- System planning and design \- GSM Network architecture \- Decision making \& problem solving **EXPERIENCE\_DESIRABLE** \-CCNA \- Tools development **CERTIFICATIONS\_ESSENTIAL** \- Pathloss Planning Certificate \- Connect planning Tool Certificate **Job****:** Senior Principal Engineer**Organization****:** Etisalat\-Misr**Job Posting****:** 09/Jul/2025, 4:09:13 AM
