Today, Toshiba is in a position where it defines dominating practices of retail automation and advances the future of retail. **Responsibilities:** --------------------- * Ability to design, develop, and test/debug client UI code using VueJS and Typescript * Ability to meet deliverables while assisting the team * Ability to handle accelerating changes in pursuit of more innovative solutions * Uses good programming patterns and calls out of anti\-patterns * Performing Unit and Functional Tests of product features **Must\-have skills:** ---------------------- * 5\+ years of Web UI Development experience after graduation * Strong analytical and TypeScript/OO programming skills * Working knowledge of JavaScript frameworks like Vue.js in the last 2 years * Deep technical skills in core web development technologies (HTML5, JavaScript, Typescript, etc) * Proficiency with code versioning tools like Git, SVN, etc * Utilising AI\-assisted tools to generate, optimise, and refactor code for improved efficiency and maintainability * Experience with AI\-assisted development tools and platforms (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Tabnine, etc.) **Nice\-to\-have:** ------------------- * Knowledge of Swagger and REST design * General Knowledge of Retail Industry Domain * Familiarity with integrating AI\-driven automation into CI/CD pipelines and development environments
