BlackStone eIT is seeking a skilled and dynamic Quality Assurance Leader to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Leader, you will have the opportunity to drive quality initiatives and ensure the successful delivery of high\-quality software solutions. You will be responsible for leading the quality assurance team, defining and implementing best practices, and collaborating with cross\-functional teams to establish quality standards. The ideal candidate has a strong background in software testing and quality assurance, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for driving continuous improvement. **Daily and Monthly Responsibilities** * Lead, mentor, and manage the quality assurance team to achieve departmental goals and objectives. * Develop and implement quality assurance strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure effective and efficient testing of software products. * Establish quality standards and best practices for software development and testing. * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to ensure quality objectives are met throughout the software development lifecycle. * Coordinate and oversee testing activities, including test planning, test execution, and defect management. * Identify, track, and report on key quality metrics and trends to drive continuous improvement. * Stay up\-to\-date with industry trends and best practices in quality assurance and software testing. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. * Minimum of 7 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance. * Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes. * Experience with test planning, test execution, and defect management. * Experience with test automation frameworks and tools, such as Selenium WebDriver or Cypress. * Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as Java, Python, or JavaScript. * Excellent leadership and communication skills. * Ability to effectively lead and manage a team of QA engineers. * Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills. * Ability to work in a fast\-paced, agile environment. * Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high\-quality results. **Benefits** * Paid Time Off * Hybrid * Performance Bonus * Training \& Development
