The Test Manager will be responsible for leading the testing efforts across various projects, ensuring the quality and reliability of our software solutions. **Key** **Responsibilities:** \- Develop and implement test strategies, plans, and processes for SAP \- Experience in SAP activate methodology . \- Proven experience in managing SIT/UAT Cycles in medium\- big scaled project. \- Awareness of other enterprise application is a big plus (oracle, MS Dynamics, Saleforce ) \- Lead and manage a team of testers , providing guidance, support, and mentorship as needed. \- Set test strategy and plan. \- Set/review UAT strategy. \- Very good communication and reporting skills \- Coordinate with project stakeholders to understand requirements and define test o bjectives . \- Utilize automated testing tools and frameworks to streamline testing processes and improve efficiency. \- Conduct risk analysis and prioritize testing activities based on potential impact and criticality.
