We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst (Based in Egypt) to drive the integration of service design concepts into the business requirements, with deep technical background. **Requirements** * Deep understanding of business analysis with expertise in service design to ensure the delivery of user\-centric solutions. * This role involves collaborating with cross\-functional teams to define epics and user stories. * Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements. * Translate business needs into detailed epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria. * Apply service design principles to enhance user\-centricity in solutions. * Conduct user research and map customer journeys to identify pain points and opportunities. * Act as a liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring clear communication. * Participate in sprint planning and backlog grooming to prioritize development work. * Support the development team by clarifying requirements and addressing queries. * Lead UAT efforts by defining test plans, scenarios, and acceptance criteria. * Coordinate with stakeholders to execute UAT and document findings. * Validate that delivered solutions align with business objectives and user needs. * Facilitate workshops to align business goals with user requirements. * Present findings and project updates to executive teams and stakeholders. **Required:** * Master degree in Business Administration, Service Design, or a related field is a plus. * 10\+ years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst, with exposure to service design. * Strong understanding of UAT processes, including planning, execution, and issue resolution. * Exceptional communication, analytical, and problem\-solving skills. Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English (business doc will be in Arabic) Preferred Skills: * Certification in Agile, Scrum, or related methodologies. * Experience in large\-scale service design or digital transformation projects. * Familiarity with tools like Figma or Lucidchart for process mapping.
