Tätigkeitsbereich:Sonstiges Fachabteilung:Training Center Gesellschaft:Mercedes\-Benz Logistics and Distribution Egypt LLC Standort:Cairo, 90 South Road, Building Bureau 175, 5th Settlement Startdatum:sofort Veröffentlichungsdatum:02\.11\.2025 Stellennummer:MER0003RZR Arbeitszeit:Vollzeit Aufgaben Job Description: MB Dealers Development: * Implement technical training to provide a positive learning experience for dealers technicians * Facilitate training activities theoretical (at classroom) and practical (at workshop) * Maintain progress notes on participants outcomes; collect and complete all necessary and reporting to the CS Training Senior Manager * Adapt Daimler training material to fit with Egyptian market needs, and create the required additional training material. * Support in National TechMasters competition Provide Guidance: * Evaluate technicians after each training * Report progress to the CS Training Senior Manager * Follow\-up the technicians while in the field visits and have a continuous communication with workshop managers at each dealership * Maintain a positive and professional working relationship with dealers technicians Training Environment: * Maintain safe and healthy training environment by following organization standards and legal regulations * Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards Proper Documentation: * Maintain all training documentation correct and accurate. Qualifikationen Qualifications: Training and qualification: * Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Automotive Department is preferred) from a reputable university * Previous experience with the same brand is a plus * Holding a Certified Trainer certificate is preferable Technical knowledge: * Ability to bring logical structure to learning area while taking didactic principles into consideration * Ability to manage group dynamics * Strong presentation skills * Designing/conducting training \- methodology/didactics * Can formulate technical and non\-technical learning objectives that can be tested, and can describe the appropriate methods for achieving them. * Can efficiently organize vocational training (training/assignment plan, allocation of tasks, etc.) Soft skills/individual competence: * Strong team player * Ability to motivate the trainees to actively take part in the learning process * Ability to adapt with change * Willingness for continuous development * Strong presentation skills * Seeks new professional challenges and takes the initiative * Excellent communication skills * Ability to work well in a team environment * Willingness to work flexible hours Experience: * 5\-7 years of experience with a training background Language: * Very good spoken and written English language Benefits KontaktMercedes\-Benz Logistics and Distribution Egypt LLC 90 South Road, Building Bureau 175, 5th Settlement11835 Cairo Mariam Elharref E\-Mail: mariam.elharref@mercedes\-benz.com
