As well as diagnosing problems and offering alternative solutions. * You will be responsible for air quality systems from installation to end\-of\-life by performing maintenance, warranty, and emergency repairs. The ability to work autonomously and responsibly by observing all health and safety guidelines. * The goal is to maintain the buildings and common areas in the best possible condition covering the Depot Workshop in Cairo Metro Line 3 (Abasia Workshop and Salam Workshop) and the stations. **Profile** ----------- RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES * Assist the HVAC \& FF supervisors in carrying out all levels of preventive and corrective maintenance activities and minor modifications on Depot Workshop in Cairo Metro Line 3 (Abasia Workshop and Salam Workshop) and the stations. * Ensure the maintenance tools \& equipment are in good condition. * Survey buildings and repair mechanical systems to ensure they are consistent with health and safety standards. * Learning, adjusting, and repairing HVAC systems, and performing warranty services. * Close supervision and leadership of subcontractors to ensure that they are following the PM plan without failures. * Troubleshooting defective HVAC systems and equipment to make diagnoses. * Performing preventative maintenance by cleaning reheat coils and air handling units and monitoring and calibrating air handling units, chilled water units, fan coils, split AC, and different types of fans. * Improving air quality by cleaning ducts to optimize efficiency. * Fixing, replacing and adjusting vents, and ductwork. * Ensuring condensation drain line is free of debris and draining properly. * Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently. * Keeping daily logs and records of maintenance functions. * Ensuring compliance with appliance standards and with the Health and Safety Act. * Assist in budget preparation and ensure it is followed to ensure all environmental and safety rules are respected and alert Executive Maintenance of any environmental and safety issue. * To undertake any other duties as assigned. * Ability to work after hours when required. **Skills** ---------- Not Specified ### **Location** **Location****Address**Le Caire, Le Caire, Égypte
