**Duties and Responsibilities:** * Handle and process all social insurance procedures for employees (additions/removals – settlements – data updates). * Manage medical insurance procedures including issuing cards, renewals, and resolving service\-related issues. * Prepare and submit insurance\-related documents and reports to the relevant authorities within the required deadlines. * Maintain and archive all employee files and records related to insurance. * Follow up on deductions or entitlements related to insurance in coordination with the Accounting department. * Respond to employee inquiries regarding insurance and provide problem\-solving support. * Assist in daily administrative tasks (drafting correspondence, organizing meetings, handling incoming/outgoing mail). * Coordinate with different departments to ensure proper implementation of company policies and procedures. **Required Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. * 1–3 years of proven experience in administrative work, with a focus on social and medical insurance. * Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor laws and insurance regulations. * Good organizational and time management skills. * Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. * Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). * Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively. We're looking for an Order Management Specialist to join our Guardian Glass Order Management team in Egypt! If you thrive in a fast\-paced, collaborative environment where attention to detail, ownership, and customer focus drive success \- this opportunity is for you. **Our Team** You will be part of the Order Management team, collaborating closely with Customer Facing, Scheduling, Demand Planning, Logistics, Production, and Shipping teams. In this role, you'll help strengthen customer\-supplier relationships, coordinate effectively across Supply Chain streams, and ensure seamless follow\-up on customer orders and requests. Success in this position comes from having a solid understanding of end\-to\-end processes and proactively navigating production and logistics challenges to deliver exceptional service. **What You Will Do** * Manage customer orders from entry to delivery \-ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company procedures. * Coordinate order fulfilment activities across multiple plants, including order entry, modification, validation, and follow\-up. * Manage product availability requests with a proactive approach, providing timely solutions and viable alternatives to ensure customer satisfaction. * Act as the main liaison between Inside Sales Coordinators, Commercial, and Supply Chain teams, providing tailored customer solutions. * Ensure proper project follow\-up and alignment with forecasted quantities, commercial terms, and regional requirements. * Monitor order progress, proactively resolve issues, and ensure alignment with service levels and regional expectations. * Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding their needs and proposing solutions that create value. * Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and service performance. **Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)** * Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain, or Operations, or a related field. * Strong communication and problem\-solving skills with a customer\-first mindset. * Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and attention to detail. * Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office 365 applications. * Fluent in English (written and spoken). * Additional languages (German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Turkish, or Russian) are a plus. * Fresh graduates with relevant skills and motivation are welcome to apply. **What Will Put You Ahead** * Experience in order management, customer experience, or supply chain operations. * Experience in the glass or manufacturing industry. * Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce and Power BI, or other reporting tools. * Knowledge of ERP systems (Infor M3, SAP, or similar) is a plus. * Proven ability to work effectively in an international, cross\-functional environment. The role requires hands\-on leadership, problem\-solving skills, and the ability to manage workers effectively to achieve production goals. ### **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise and manage production lines for jackets and trousers. * Monitor daily production output and ensure adherence to production plans. * Coordinate with the production manager, quality control, and maintenance teams to resolve issues quickly. * Ensure compliance with quality standards and minimize defects. * Manage and train operators to improve efficiency and workmanship. * Monitor machine utilization, workflow, and manpower allocation. * Maintain discipline, safety, and cleanliness on the production floor. * Prepare and submit daily/weekly production reports. ### **Qualifications \& Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Textile Engineering, Garment Technology, or related field. * 3–5 years of proven experience in supervising production lines (jackets or trousers manufacturing is a must). * Strong knowledge of garment production processes, sewing techniques, and industrial machinery. * Ability to handle a large team of operators and line leaders. * Strong problem\-solving, communication, and leadership skills. * Basic computer skills (MS Office, ERP knowledge is a plus). **Location:** 10th of Ramadan City, Egypt
