This position reports to: HSE Manager **Your Role: Own the Challenge** * Facilitate HSE risk assessments by line management of shop floor employees, i.e., those directly affected by hazards, and ensure all processes are implemented. Report and investigate HSE incidents. * Provide feedback on lessons learned as well as best practices from both your own unit and across ABB to management and employees. Implement policies and standards and ensure the area of responsibility is audited. * Assist line managers and supervisors in understanding their obligations, liabilities, and role fulfillment according to local HSE laws as well as ABB Group and business-specific requirements. Simultaneously, drive behavioral change through the local implementation of Group-wide and business-specific performance improvement programs and practices. * Engage external stakeholders (e.g., customers, suppliers, relevant authorities) and internal stakeholders to report on, raise awareness of, gain commitment to, and obtain objective feedback on ABB's HSE efforts and performance. Description Job PURPOSE: To perform the operational functions related to cash area including cash/non\-cash transactions and provides a superior service level to all customers. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Operational Functions * Perform all the ATM functions including preparing daily proof sheet , handling captured cards , filling along with the replenishment of onsite ATM machines and reports any malfunctions for repairs and maintenance. * Introduce alternative channels to customers to reduce traffic in branches according to bank SOP’s. * Process all the cash counter transactions accurately in accordance with the set objectives. * Manage the branch daily cash needs with Head Teller for better coordination of cash shipments between the branch and central vault. * Investigate thoroughly any differences in balancing and reconciliation of cash and other security items by following the standard process of checking / scrutiny / investigation as outlined in Branch standard operating procedure manual. * Cross sell products based on customer potential and needs without affecting their primary work and service standards contributing in the achievement of the branches KPIs. * Adhere to the bank standards related to the average waiting \& serving time in addition to the productivity reports. * Maintain zero cash shortages and excesses at counter to ensure maximum control on cash balance. * Maintain accurate checking on all end of day reports and rectifying of highlighted discrepancies to ensure all controls and procedures are adhered to. * Check counterfeit currencies, checks and identities. Reporting * Handle customer requests efficiently and raise any problems to the Head Teller/Operation Supervisor in order to meet customer satisfaction \& to reach customer delight * Be attentive to any possible frauds and risks and provide customer feedback to direct supervision. * Deviations and exceptions reporting in branch monthly exception report in a timely manner Policies, Processes and Procedures * Follows all relevant department policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner. * Maintain regular consistent and professional attendance, punctuality, personal appearance, and adherence to relevant health \& safety procedures * Adhere to the bank clean desk policy Day\- to\-day operations * Follows the day\-to\-day operations related to own jobs in the concerned department to ensure continuity of work Compliance: * Complies with all relevant CBE regulations, banking laws, AML regulations and internal CIB policies and code of conduct in order to maintain CIB’s sound legal position and mitigate any potential risks." On\-Hire is looking to hire a Senior Accounts Payable Specialist proficient in Turkish For a leading company that provide packaging solutions company known for its high\-quality plastic packaging products. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring efficient processing of accounts payable transactions and managing vendor relationships. The Senior Turkish AP Specialist will be responsible for overseeing the accounts payable process, ensuring compliance with company policies, conducting reconciliations, and providing insights to optimize the AP function. **Key Responsibilities:** * Review, track and maintain vendor billing information in the financial systems, ensure accuracy and compliance with the local accounting regulations and proceeds to book the invoices on the accounting systems after confirming a three\-way match between (Invoice, PO, Goods Receipt) * Ensure transactions are being recorded accurately and vendors are all paid on time and clear the interim account for all paid amounts daily. * Process weekly pay cycle runs by extracting all due invoices and preparing them for payment and prepare the monthly bank reconciliation and signs its cover sheet. * Manage and analyze all vendor expense accounts and maintain relationships with them by calling for meetings or attending the meetings to discuss any queries. * Close \& reconcile A/P related GL accounts on timely basis. * Manage advance payment accounts and analyze aging and old amounts not settled and ensure compliance to the company policy. * Communicating with other departments for accurate cost center and CSD bookings * Aging reports of payables and month end closing reports. * Ensure month closing is achieved related to payable and expense responsibilities (cut off time for booking invoices, building and reversal of accruals) and closing reports related to vendor and expense analysis. * Apply the needed tax deductions as per the local tax law (VAT, WH), attends and provides all support for any internal and external audits (Legal auditor and Tax audits) **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field * Minimum of 3\-5 years of practical working experience in accounting area of Accounts Payables. * Former experience with SSC projects beneficial but not required. * Profound experience in project management * Relevant experience in Oracle. * Proficient in Turkish (mandatory) and fluent in English * Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills * Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail **Benefits:** Attractive Package
