This role is suited to a technical engineer with a practical mindset, who enjoys learning, problem\-solving, and setting up and maintaining robotic welding systems. This position is workshop\-based and involves supporting all technical aspects of our in\-house manufacturing/production and development activities. You’ll work closely with our deployment and engineering teams and gradually learn how to keep the workshop up and running independently. **Responsibilities** You will take ownership of key workshop tasks, such as: – Keeping the MX3D workshop operational, organised and reliable – Troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues – Wiring, assembling and maintaining robotic printing systems – Supporting ongoing and upcoming MX3D printing projects and deployments – Acting as the in\-house technician **Your Profile** We’re looking for someone who is: – MBO\-level trained in a technical field (e.g., Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Technology); HBO\-level with a hands\-on mindset is also welcome – Handson and practical, with a proactive attitude – Comfortable working with tools and light electrical work (or willing to learn) – Organized, reliable, and able to take initiative – Capable of supporting multiple small projects at the same time – Fluent in English (Dutch is a plus) **Bonus Skills** – Experience with technical drawings or wiring diagrams – Familiarity with robotic systems (ABB or KUKA) – Workshop or technical support background **About MX3D** MX3D is a pioneer in large\-scale 3D metal printing.
