The team has the overall responsibility of the manufacturing equipment and processes and ensures that the equipment produces good quality with high availability. **What You’ll Be Doing** As a Production Engineer, you will play a key role in overseeing and driving continuous improvement projects for the PCBA manufacturing process, specifically our SMT line. The role requires a seasoned professional with comprehensive knowledge of electronics production processes, equipment, and quality standards. You will be collaborating closely with our technology department, production supervisors, the maintenance team, and other cross\-functional areas to ensure efficient, reliable, and high\-quality manufacturing operations Specifically, you will be responsible for: * Maintaining and optimizing manufacturing processes for the SMT line, including SPI, pick\-and\-place machines, screeners, reflow soldering, and AOI. * Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and driving corrective actions for any process deviations. * Performing line balancing and process capability analysis to increase throughput and minimize waste. * Creating and updating essential process documentation such as standard operation procedures, control plans, PFMEA, and MSA. * Providing technical support to production teams to resolve process\-related issues and minimize equipment downtime. * Supporting prototype runs on the SMT line and validating the process performance for new products. * Ensuring full compliance with IPC standards (e.g., IPC\-A\-610 and IPC\-J\-STD\-001\). * Leading root cause analysis for production issues and implementing robust corrective actions. **What We're Looking For** **Required Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field. * A minimum of 5 years of experience in PCBA manufacturing. * Deep experience in production processes with a strong understanding of electronic assembly processes and equipment. * Proficiency in process analysis tools like Lean and Six Sigma. * Strong problem\-solving skills using tools like 8D, 5 Whys, and fishbone diagrams. * Knowledge of quality tools such as PPAP, MSA, calibration, PFMEA, control plans, and SPC. * Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken. **Preferred Qualifications:** IPC certification (e.g., IPC\-A\-610, IPC\-J\-STD\-001\).**What You'll Get from Us** * We promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities. * You’ll have flexibility, autonomy, and support to do your best work while maintaining a healthy work\-life balance.
