




Envision Employment Solutions is currently looking for an ERP \& SCM Solution Architect – Oracle Expert for one of our partners, a global leader in consulting, digital transformation, technology and engineering services. This position requires flexibility to work on US times and flexibility to travel abroad when needed. **Responsibilities:** * Serve as the primary solution architect for ERP and SCM domains, ensuring alignment with business goals and global best practices. * Lead the design and implementation of Oracle ERP and SCM solutions across modules such as Finance, Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain Planning. * Act as a key point of contact for the client, working closely with the Engagement Manager and delivery teams. * Replace the current UK\-based lead and ensure a smooth transition of responsibilities. * Provide strategic guidance and architectural oversight throughout the project lifecycle. * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery. * Drive workshops, requirement gathering, solution design, and stakeholder presentations. * Ensure compliance with global standards and local regulations. **Requirements:** * 10–15 years of experience in ERP and SCM solution architecture, with a strong focus on Oracle applications. * Proven track record in leading large\-scale, multi\-country ERP/SCM implementations. * Deep understanding of Oracle ERP Cloud and Oracle SCM Cloud modules. * Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and guide stakeholders. * Experience working in multicultural environments and managing global teams. * Fluent in English; French fluency is a strong advantage. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Oracle certifications in ERP and SCM modules. * Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies. * Familiarity with integration platforms and middleware solutions. **Benefits:** * Competitive Salary based on experience * Social and medical insurance * Learning, development and career progression
