Our ideal candidate possesses a diverse set of technical skills and is ready to take on some of technology's greatest challenges and make an impact on our clients and partners worldwide. ### **Responsibilities** * Assumes a technical leadership role to the testing team * Responsible for test strategy formulation and test plan development * Participates in driving organization\-wide Quality Process initiatives and their implementation to ensure quality of deliverables * Pro\-actively analyses current processes and practices, suggest/ drive improvements, and defines processes as needed. * Be the counter part to the Engineering Lead/Manager * Responsible for design and development of the Test Automation framework / harness and any in\-house tools required. * Works with the Engineering architect to translate requirements into solution architecture designs and participates in product design reviews **Requirements** * 7\-11 years of experience in Software testing * Strong ‘hands on' experience developing software tests for functional and non\-functional testing elements * At least 2 years of automation Testing experience using Selenium Web driver. * Good understanding of QA methodology \- test plans, test cycles, and software releases
