This hybrid role requires hands\-on technical leadership combined with strong project management capabilities to deliver scalable and high\-quality software solutions on time and within budget. ⸻ Key Responsibilities: Project Management * Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex software projects. * Define project scope, milestones, and resource allocation. * Manage cross\-functional teams including developers, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders. * Monitor project performance, mitigate risks, and resolve issues. * Maintain project documentation and ensure transparency with regular progress updates.
