




* Develop, configure, and customize CRM solutions to meet business needs. * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. * Create and maintain workflows, plugins, custom entities, dashboards, and reports. * Integrate CRM systems with other enterprise platforms (e.g., ERP, marketing automation, third\-party APIs). * Maintain and improve CRM performance, security, and scalability. * Troubleshoot system issues and provide ongoing support. * Document all technical changes and provide user training when necessary. * Ensure data quality, compliance, and best practices in CRM usage. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. * 2–5\+ years of experience as a CRM Developer or in a similar role. * Proficiency with one or more CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, HubSpot, Zoho CRM). * Strong knowledge of SQL, JavaScript, C\#, or Apex (depending on platform). * Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and data integration tools. * Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. * Excellent problem\-solving and communication skills.
