These workshops will cover a range of topics, including communication skills and professional development. **PROGRAM TRACKS** Supply Chain – Sales – Marketing – Human Resources – Corporate Affairs – Finance – Business Services – Technical. **A DAY IN THE LIFE …** * Participate in a rotational program where you will rotate every 2\-3 months within the sub\-functions of the assigned department, gaining comprehensive end\-to\-end exposure. * In each sub\-function, you will report to the responsible line manager ensuring alignment to effectively contribute to the department's objectives. * Responsible for the achievement and delivery of the agreed targets/KPIs in the assigned department. * Responsible for the follow\-ups and flawless execution of the day\-to\-day plans. * Ensure adherence of all company principles, policies, safety, and local legal regulations. **WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?** * Bachelor’s Degree holder. * Availability of government service card for People with Disabilities is a MUST. * Good English proficiency. * Able to work well as part of a team. Responsible for achieving the agreed targets/KPIs within the assigned department.
