Copywriting \& Content Development** * **Core Copy Production:** Independently develop clear, compelling, and compliant copy for a wide range of marketing and product materials, including: * + Website pages, landing pages, and key product descriptions. + Email marketing campaigns (nurture sequences, product updates). + Social media campaigns (paid and organic). + In\-app messaging, user onboarding flows, and microcopy. + Educational \& engagement content that simplifies complex financial topics. * **Brand Voice \& Consistency:** Ensure all copy consistently adheres to the established brand voice, tone, and style guidelines across all channels. * **Regulatory \& Compliance Adherence:** Apply a working knowledge of financial regulations to ensure all marketing copy is accurate, non\-misleading, and compliant, often working closely with the Brand team. ### **B. Project Management \& Collaboration** * **Project Ownership:** Manage the copy deliverables for 3\-5 concurrent marketing projects from brief to final delivery, ensuring deadlines are met. * **Cross\-Functional Partnership:** Act as the primary copy contact for 1\-2 key business areas (MNF Pre\-paid card \- for now), proactively gathering information and aligning messaging. * **Brief Interpretation:** Work with Brand \& Growth managers and product owners to accurately interpret and execute complex creative briefs, translating strategic goals into engaging copy. * **Content Library Contribution:** Contribute to and help maintain internal documentation, style guides, and a library of high\-performing copy examples. ### **C. Performance \& Optimization** * **A/B Testing:** Propose and execute A/B tests for high\-impact copy (e.g., headlines, CTAs on landing pages or in emails) to drive performance improvements (conversion, click\-through rates). * **Performance Insight Application:** Monitor copy performance data (e.g., email open rates, conversion rates) and apply these learnings to continuously iterate and improve future copy. **Requirements** * 2\+ years of experience as a Content Creator, Copywriter, or Creative Writer (ideally in fintech or digital marketing). * Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field. * Advanced writing and editing skills, able to switch between creative storytelling and performance\-focused technical writing. * Hands\-on experience with CRM platforms and funnel writing (push, in\-app, email), supported by measurable performance metrics. * Proficiency in SEO, keyword research, and digital content optimization. * Strong understanding of content calendars, campaign planning, and social media strategy. * Bonus: Experience producing or scripting short\-form video content (e.g., reels). **Application Requirements:** CV \+ Portfolio including screenshots of Push Notifications and In\-App content.
